Fishing incident raises fears of the return of "Megalodon"

An Australian fisherman who was on the coast of New South Wales state of Permagi was surprised by a huge shark cut in the ocean, raising fears of a giant "shark" scouring the water.

The fisherman, Trappman, said when the head of a Maco weighing about 220 lbs (100 kg) was found, according to the Sun newspaper.

The Mako shark can be 12 feet long and weighs 1260 pounds and is the fastest shark at 46 miles per hour.

But some commentators on the picture posted by Trabma on his Facebook page had their own theories about the appearance of the shark without his body. Some of them saw that the unfortunate fish had been attacked by several white shark species.

Others believe that the shark was attacked by the giant tiger shark, and it seems that all opinions agreed in the end that there was no supernatural fish that reappeared after extinct millions of years ago.

لكن بعض المعلقين على الصورة التي نشرها ترابما على صحفته في موقع فيسبوك كان لديهم نظرياتهم الخاصة بشأن ظهور رأس القرش بدون جسمه، فبعضهم  رأى ان تلك السمكة التعيسة قد تعرضت لهجوم من عدة أسماك من فصيلة القرش الأبيض.

فيما يعتقد آخرون أن سمكة القرش تعرضت لهجوم من سمكة "قرش النمر" الذي يتمتع بقوة هائلة، ويبدو أن الآراء كلها اتفقت في النهاية على عدم وجود تلك السمكة الخارقة التي عادت للظهور بعد أن انقرضت منذ ملايين الأعوام.
